Scarlett stood on the balcony at the top of the castle, and looked down at the monsters that had taken over the town. It was one of the saddest sights she'd seen yet. She looked over at her team and grinned. Their battle plan was different from the other's Sailor had taken them to the top, and they'd be fighting down while the rest fought up through the castle. She let out a nervous sigh, before turning around and nodding. "We can do this guys! I promise we wont lose!" She turned to the door and opened it up.
Scarlett walked in and the room just stunk of death. There where two mummies that seemed to not quite care that the group had just walked in, on the other hand the keese where right on their tail. But Scarlett knew those weren't going to be the problem, so she rolled out of the way and jumped up with only the mummy as her target.
So she ran over and attacked the mummy on the right, stabbing him right through the heart, and then spun around and slashed at him again, finishing him off. She backed off satisfied with her work. Until she heard a loud scream and all the sudden she was frozen, and paralyzed unable to move.
Two actions on Mummy North, killed. Mummy South used the screech and paralyzed Scarlett for one turn
Drystan can barely withhold a sigh. If he couldn't blame being forced to work with this same girl again, let alone serve under her on divine retribution for his shameful behavior and general unworthiness to represent the Hylian Crest, he would have spoken to Laurel immediately about this...assignment. As it was, he hoped the Goddesses were happy. "...You haven't grown up at all since Death Mountain, have you? I'd have hoped Hyrule turning into hell on earth would have struck up a bit of common sense."
They had been taken up to the top of the castle, and even the sour knight couldn't help but be awed by the view, as horrifying as it was. Houses burning, smoke billowing up into the air, and monsters that seemed no larger than ants teeming as if a hill was pushed over. That was what they faced, and that was what they would overcome. That, or die trying. For Drystan, it was hard for him to tell which he'd prefer.
Drystan brings up her rear behind Scarlett's charge, taking a slash at one of the keese, but fails to kill it. However, it likely warded it away, at least that was the hope. She probably thought a bat was no trouble...but taking any enemy likely was inviting trouble, especially when it is given room to breathe. That was a lesson he had learned the hard way, and the consequences still haunted him.
Seeing her take out one of the mummies, however, shuts him up pretty quickly. She's extraordinarily powerful, almost frighteningly so. He can't help but be impressed...all of his training hadn't made him quite that strong. One of the few things that Drystan couldn't help but respect was strength...and it just so happened that this seemingly foolish girl had the strength to back up whatever inanity she decided to throw herself at.
However, her charge backfired and she was left stunned by the other mummy's gaze. "Damnation!" he shouts, before running up to get in between her and the mummy. Charging lightning in his sword, he takes a step forward and delivers a powerful slash, the electricity coursing though the monster's body, stunning it. "That could have been bad." He feels like he could spend more time lecturing her, but they all have a job to do. Two actions performed, One attack on SW Keese causing half a heart of damage, and the use of the Sealed Thunder skill on Mummy South, paralyzing it and dealing one and a half hearts of damage.

"Ggh...! This place smells worse than that time I tried using my forge for cooking..." Arden had to resist gagging upon following the group into the room. It was certainly hard to get over the smell of death and decay, but the leader was putting up a pretty strong front, so he managed to keep a hold on himself, not wanting to bring down the team. That said, he was almost certain he was the weakest one since the other two were certified(?) knights.
"We can do this guys! I promise we wont lose!" The leader cheered before basically charging straight into battle. "Y-Yeah..." He replied weakly as he watched her take apart a Mummy within an instant. "Yeow. She's like a hurricane in more than one way..." He muttered to himself, aware that a Keese was headed straight for him. He brought up his sword and slashed at it, knocking the flying pest out of the way, still keeping an eye on the other Mummy since it was probably the largest threat in the room. His suspicion was confirmed when it screeched, freezing Scarlet in place.
"Oh crap!" He yelled at the same time as his other group member. While the male knight charged forwards and slashed the Mummy with what looked like a lightning charged sword, Arden gathered some magic into his fist before punching the ground. A trail of cracks formed along the ground all the way to where the Mummy was before stopping, then a pillar of rock shot out of the ground, smashing the Mummy. While it was noticeably damaged, it didn't "die" from the two blows. A bead of sweat formed on Arden's head as he realized just how hard his leader had hit the first Mummy if the two of them couldn't kill the last one.

Scarlett ignored the rude blond dude despite her wanting to insult him too. But a super hero would never say anything bad about another person on her team. No matter how annoying and rude they are. Still, the other guy she liked. Especially as he called her a hurricane, she knew she was strong, and Scarlett loved it when people acknowledged it.
Scarlett had to trust her team mates to get the mummy, and as it walked closer she closed her eyes tightly, only to hear the guy go and paralyze the mummy. She smiled, still unable to move. Then the other one went and attacked him also. Scarlett was really pleased with her team mates.
Starting to feel the paralysis run off, was of course when a keese came over and attacked her. "Ow." She shouted, finally able to move and stretched her arms, and grabbed her sword.
Paralysis wore off, keese NE went and attacked her and did 1/4th heart of damage.

Drystan takes a moment to turn around after the ground erupts, and checks on his teammates, just in time to see a keese take a swing at the team leader. "Damn, get the bats!" He barks out at the young man, noting the urgency in his order. They shouldn't be an issue, but he doesn't want to take chances, and he's occupied at the moment.
Moving past Scarlett, he shakes her on the shoulder, noting that the paralysis is wearing off. "Are you alright? I hope I was fast enough, those mummies are no joke, even for you." With her seeming to check out, he turns around. "When you can move again, help the young one clear up the bats. I'll handle him." With that, he charges forward at the stunned monster, and delivers a quick coup-de-gras on the beast, it's head coming solidly off with a thunk.
With that done, he moves over to try to draw the bats away from the still-recovering Scarlett and the inexperienced Arden. In doing so, he accomplishes his objective, but takes a bite from two of them for his trouble. Grunting a bit, he holds his stance. He'll take whatever pain was required of him, but they were the ones that would need to take down the bats. He was still a bit exhausted from his lightning strike, he just couldn't move his sword fast enough right now.
Dealt 3/4 heart damage to the mummy, killing it. However, Keese SE and NW inflict a quarter heart each, dropping his health to 3 1/2 hearts.

Shield Status
"Darn it!" Arden saw Scarlett take a hit by a Keese, still shaking off the paralysis. Keese didn't do much damage, but the number of them was making this more of a challenge. Thankfully, Drystan finished off the Mummy which posed the largest threat since it could paralyze people. He then ordered Scarlett to help him keep the Keese off Arden.
"Don't worry about me! I can take a hi-" *Bonk!* "Guwegh!"
After making a rather strange noise from being struck unexpectedly, Arden stumbled forwards slightly as he was interrupted by the bat he had previously swatted away. While his attention was on the Mummy (Gibdos), the Bat had apparently circled around and rammed straight into the back of his head. In a fit of embarrassment and irritation, Arden spun around, cutting the offending Keese cleanly in half, leaving three left.
Now unoccupied, Arden ran over to Drystan who had pulled two of the Keese away from him and Scarlett. Raising his shield, Arden put himself between one of the Keese (SW) and Drystan, letting the shield take the blow for him.
Killed Keese SW Took Blocked an attack from Keese SW
Scarlett was pleased that the mean one was actually concerned for her even though she was probably sure it was for some selfish reason. "I'm alright, thanks!" She smiled, and hopped, looking at him kill the mummy, then nodded and looked over at Arden who went ahead and killed a keese. "It's okay guys! don't worry to much about the little guys, we can come back and get them later, let's move on!" And with that, she shot through the door avoiding the two keese that where left, only to run right into more monsters. "Shit, there really are a lot"
She hopped up and swung her sword around and attacked the moblin right in front of her and in the center of two other ones. Only to have the one to her left also come after her, so she swung at them, and backed up a little bit. "Come on guys, I'm going to need some help in here!" She called nervously.
Two actions, one attack on Moblin N and one on Moblin M.
Seeing Scarlett leave a job half done causes Drystan to grit his teeth, but he follows behind anyway. The keese shouldn't prove to be dangerous threats, but what lies ahead almost certainly will. He can't afford to let her get overwhelmed, as strong as she is. "Alright, Arden, follow up! Leave the keese, they should leave you if you hurry through the door!" Calling out the command, he dashes behind to catch up, knowing that their leader probably landed herself in another pickle.
However, he sees Scarlett backing up into the corridor, he slides into the side of the wall to avoid a collision...and then pushes off to avoid a Moblin's spear. "You sure have a way of getting into dangerous situations!" He calls, grabbing onto the spear and stabbing the pig monster in the chest. Taking the time to cut down as he withdraws his sword, he pulls out and runs back out of the range of the other moblin's weapons. The death squeals of the slain beast reverberate in the hall, but he pays them no mind. Seeing one of the beasts still without injury, he runs down the hall to meet it. "I'll handle this one, help me when you've finished up with those!" Inwardly, he hopes they'll come fast...while he doesn't doubt his ability to handle the beast, he knows these are fearsome foes.

Arden's Status |
"No need to tell me twice!" Arden ran along as well, deciding that it would be best to move on rather than be swarmed by bats. They were annoying in large amounts, but they weren't strong so they could be sweeped up rather easily after they were finished dealing with larger targets.
Following the two into the next room, Arden's attention was immediately drawn to the three Moblins, tall rather disgusting looking piglike monsters that would definitely do some damage if they managed to hit him. Arden kicked himself inside on how poorly prepared he was to fight against these monsters, though he knew it couldn't be helped given his limited resources and the short notice for coming from Termina. Some potions would have at least helped if anyone got injured. "I guess now's not the time for regretting!" He thought to himself as Drystan finished off one of the Moblins and moved onto the uninjured one, leaving him and Scarlett to contend with the already weakened one. However...
"Miss Halverson, please leave this one to me and go support Mister Varth! I can deal with one of these bastards at least!" He shouted as he closed the distance between him and the Moblin (M). Before he could get completely in range, the Moblin swung its spear in a wide arc, although Arden slid along the ground, under the spear slashing upwards along the Moblin's arm. It connected, however the cut was shallow. It angered the Moblin never the less though.
"Angry monster?! COME AT ME IF YOU HAVE THE COURAGE!" Arden taunted the monster as he got back up and ready to fight to make sure its attention was on him not the other two.
Scarlett had decided to change things up this time, and just weaken the things for the others to finish off. It seemed Drystan got the message, and killed off the first one with ease. Glad they where all on the same page, Scarlett moved over to the final Moblin and attacked it, taking two hearts away. She backed up and looked at the keese who she was making sure to doge this time, so she wouldn't get hurt again. Dying at the begining of things wouldn't make thing easier for them.
Not only that but it would be super embarrassing if she did die, and she wouldn't make a good leader at all and probably would have to quit her knighthood. What kind of superhero could she be if she didn't make sure her companions where safe first!
One action, attacked Moblin S ((Sorry the map isn't updated GIMP is being a butt))
As the Moblin turned to attack him in response to his taunts, Drystan was surprised to see it turn in surprise, Scarlett's attack causing it to redirect it's attention to the more dangerous threat. "I guess you didn't like my plan. Fair enough." With that, he dashes away, allowing Scarlett to handle the beast. She was a strong, powerful knight, despite her obvious eccentricity. The third member of their band, on the other hand, was not.
"Arden! Good job handling this guy, go help Scarlett." Without wasting any time, he draws out his sword, and strikes the moblin with one clean motion, felling the beast. Taking a chance to catch his breath, Drystan was surprised at himself. "Getting tired so soon? I've let myself grow weak after my training ended. I suppose with things being so peaceful..." Drystan stopped talking. If he was going to recount all his failings since he became a knight, they wouldn't make any progress at all
