Now that everyone was here there was not sense in dilly dallying around. Walking through the entrance of that is the village of the eternal children Ezekial felt like he didn't belong. Naturally everyone of the village was looking at them suspiciously. Did their employer tell them they were coming? Or was it they rarely seen anyone out side their village? Well what ever the reason was Zeek shrugged it off an continued to make his way towards the Great Deku Tree.
Following a guided, narrow path they came to a clearing where the fabled tree stood. Zeek stopped for a moment to awe in the shear size of the tree then followed to awe at the human face that seemed to have taken form in the tree. However one particular trait made Ezekial chuckle. The tree had, what looked like to be, a mustache. Yet it still looked dignified, royal even. Even though Zeek wasn't as in tune to magic as well compared to Hylians he could easily tell that this place was strong with it.
It looked like the only way they would be able to go inside the great tree would be through it's mouth. Conceptually that certainly felt odd to say the least, but a job was a job. Calmly reaching back and grabbing the hilt of his sword Zeek drew his blade. Twisting his wrist he pressed the cold steel againts his forearm and began to walk forward in to the tree. Given the responses from earlier he didn't feel the need to question everyone's readiness.
"Hey Kairi?" Zeek asked "What do you know about this tree exactly?" Zeek was quite curious about this tree. Sure he had heard myths and legends all the time but he wanted to know more about what they were getting in to. If there was anything else to know that was.

Well at least they were moving now.
Ban largely tried to ignore the conversation that occured between the two fairy siblings; Not because he didn't like them, but it seemed like an important moment for them and he didn't want to intrude by eavesdropping. So he kind of sat there for a moment until the one who had brought the female fairy, Zeek, moved forward toward the tree. Ban quickly fell into step behind him, not wanting to be left behind and assuming that's what everyone else would do. It was silent as they walked, but Ban preferred that to them arguing so he'd take it as a small blessing.
And then he saw it.
Gigantic didn't seem to do the tree justice. He knew it was supposed to be big, but this thing was practically a mountain. And this thing was sick? He could hardly fathom what disease for such a giant entity meant. Certainly it wasn't a simple illness, as you don't need adventurers to cure a cold; And he didn't think trees could catch colds. So... parasites, perhaps? And for a creature that large, any parasites would have to be either extremely numerous or extremely large to warrant actually causing it illness. Which meant either really large bugs... or large swarms of incredibly small bugs. Ban shivered momentarily, actually hoping it was the former between the two.
He snapped out of his awe as Zeek once again piped up, aiming his question at the small fairy that accompanied him. I guess it made sense that fairies would know alot about the tree; They did come from it, if Ban recalled correctly. He fell back into step behind Zeek, the appaerantly defacto-leader of the party, and kept his mouth shut. He did turn his head to look at the fairy in question however; He was curious about the Tree too, afterall.
Apollo was sitting around quietly as he saw one person starting to walk towards their objective of their travels. Apollo with his patience depleted long ago wasn't going to get up and start walking with him, he'd wait to see if anyone else did first. Not to long after, someone else decided to follow the man to wherever he was headed. Apollo thought that things were starting to pick, and perhaps they'd see some action soon. Apollo followed them through the village of the Kokiries. He had seem them before and was used to them by now, but he was not sure that it was the same thing the other way around. Feeling extremely tall around the Kokiries, Apollo navigated his way through with the others. Eventually, the three of them approached a small pathway at the end of the village. Apollo had a feeling that The Great Deku Tree was near by.
At the end of this rather short pathway, they came out into a large field lke area with a giant tree in the middle of it. Apollo had never seen The Deku Tree before, and was rather intrigued by it. Without speaking Apollo stood still for a second before investigating the tree. It didn't take him long to established that the tree had a face like figure on it, as well as a moustache. Looking at this, Apollo thought "Is this some sort of joke?". But then who in their right mind would gather up this many people who are capable of fighting, just to prank them? Apollo then decided to wait for further orders, as well as wait for everyone to catch up with them.
(I'm going ahead and posting the enemies in the first room, cause even though not everyone is inside yet it's kinda my post and we need to get things moving, also gonna suggest some people go ahead and continue onto the next rooms, we all don't have to be in the same room until the boss.)
Kairi looked over at Zeek, spinning around she smiled big at him. "Well, us fairies had to spend quite a lot of time in this forest, at least for a little bit. Since I came from my mother I came here to see if Rath was here, and spent some time with the Deku tree, and like is the father of the forest. If he dies, so does the forest which is why this is such an important mission" She smiled, and then turned to look around inside of the Deku tree, wondering if anyone else was gonna follow her. She looked back, shrugging. She could take on this whole dungon herself if she had too. She nodded and looked over at the Deku babas.
"Time to get this done!" She said with a nod, she wanted to save her magic for something more serious so she pulled out her gun, and shot at one of the creepy plant things, being sure to stay back a little bit. This was the good part about long ranged weapons. She smiled a little, as the deku got hit, and she couldn't help but feel proud of herself and looked over at Zeek, hoping that he'd help her out.

If he dies, so does the forest which is why this is such an important mission" Well there was now more context for Zeek to go off of thanks to Kairi. This mission would take the cake in terms of how much importance it carried. Not that any other mission prior to got any more or less attention from the nomadic Mercenary. As Kairi rushed a head Zeek kept his pace not to eager to rush a head inside to an ancient tree with goddesses know what inside.
Of course there were naturally creatures growing inside this grand tree but weak ones at that. Deku Babas. "This'll be easy." Zeek said bouncing on his toes slightly.
"Time to get this done!" Ezekial's fairy companion said pulling out a pistol and discharging it. The loud crack of the gun going off ringed in Zeek's right ear for a moment. "You've got the right idea... Let's make this quick!" Replied the Mercenary before he lunched forward towards one of the Babas. These particular creatures were easy to dispatch as they were dependent on their stem. As Zeek's feet touched the ground he lunged once more and as he passed the Baba he brought his sword across the stem then rotating the blade brought it back down cutting the stem clean off.
Zeek Engaged Deku Baba C twice for 1 heart of damage. Deku Baba C is defeated.

Ban trudged after Zeke and Kairi as they entered into the gargantuan tree, along with the rest of the party that remained in tow. He expected some sort of creaking, like the old floorboards in a mansion, but was oddly surprised as they made almost no noise as they walked across them; More like the clunk of walking on wood. He stamped once with his right foot as if to confirm, but the solid wood gave just another soft "thunk." Shrugging, he kept on; Appaerantly whatever illness this was hadn't weakened the Tree's physical structure, which was rather odd as far as trees went. Then again the Great Deku Tree itself was odd as far as trees, or anything really, was concerned.
Combat ensued as three Deku Babas emerged from the ground, their overly sized maws turning to face them as they bit and snapped savagely at the air. As Kairi popped a cap in one's face and Zeke quickly dealt with another, Ban was left with the unfortunate situation of being uncomfortably close to where the third emerged. Realizing his proximity, he scrambled to back out of the range of the large plant, but it was having none of it. It's bulbous pod-like replacement for a mouth lurched forward, aiming to close around Ban's head. More out of panic than any trained skill, Ban swung his staff around with a yelp, knocking the plant-monsters head away from it, swinging it around as the vine thin stem of the plant was exposed, head facing straight into the air. If Ban had a bladed weapon, he may have gone for the easy hit, but as he was armed with nothing but a blunt wooden staff he simply continued his retreat, moving closer to the rest of the party. Someone else could finish it if they wanted; he wasn't made for close combat.
He back off behind the rest of them, eyeing the door to the next room carefully. If they could just move past the Deku Babas, that'd be great, as it's not like the plants could chase them. He didn't really see the point of risking themselves agaisnt stationary enemies, not when they could conserve their strength to move further in. He moved to shuffle his way around the plants as they were dispatched, avoiding the still active plants and making his way to the next door. He turned to look at the rest of the group and motioned them over.
Kairi watched Zeek and the pink one follow her in, and start attack. Did they have time for this? Well, there really wasn't anything else for them to do right? She sighed and watched as Zeek went ahead and attacked one, and killed it right away. Proud of her partner, she smiled and looked at the Deku she had already attacked, and quickly attacked it once more with her gun, and it was finished off.
She looked at the stick guy, that just booped the little guy on the head, and took her gun and shot the Deku Baba, helping him out. She didn't want this to take any longer then it had too, she smiled at the guy. "Of course it's necessary, without fighting this wouldn't be any fun right?" she laughed a little bit, hoping that it was helping his calm down.

Aspen?
Where the fuck was she. She had just disappeared somewhere within the Deku Tree's vast hollow caverns. Getting a little lost inside the old man, kind of filthy, really. Her sudden disappearance psychologically disoriented Rath quite a bit. The tiny fairy floated around, suspended in midair and orbiting in fetal position. A high pitched whine emitted from his glowing pink, only furthering the stigma that fairy companions were horribly annoying.
Rath had actually been so disoriented that he missed the part where his own sister took charge of the group, and invaded the next room. Well, oops. Before the young fairy could fall into another self-pitying fuckfest of being a horrible, big brother, he raced into the next woody dungeon to find a barely standing Deku Baba and the party with a few members missing.
Well, no matter, Rath swiftly grew into a human size, and leaped into the next room. Axe trembling in his hand, he swung it over to remaining beast and shot a blank and embarrassed look at his sister.
"D-do we really have time for these things?" While Karir responded eager Zeek closed the gap between him and the last renaming Deku Baba finishing it off with a single fluid strike.
"Not really..." Zeek replied on a slightly more serious note as he reassessed their current situation for anything they may have missed. "But we should get a move on now that we are a head of our selves." Now that he had time to actually reassess the situation he realized that there were a few of the group missing. Just where did they go off to? If they did have time to spare they easily could of waited, but time wasn't something they had at all. So far they were missing the Sheikha, and Apsen.
Rath showed up a few moments later apologizing for his tardiness. Zeek didn't know what to think about Kairi's brother. It was almost like he was frail in a sort of way. Well that thought would be proved soon anyway with the rate things were going.
"Come on. Let's head to the next room." Ezekial was expecting the monsters they would be facing to get progressively worse but what laid in wait inside the next room caused him to stare in disbelief.
In the room sat a single Deku Scrub. Not two or three, just one. This was far more mundane than the last room. "You've got to be kidding me..." Zeek uttered in defeat. "Wait..."
Was that a normal Deku Scrub? It had the shape but not the color, kinda a blood red tint to it too. What was up with this one. When the Scrub turn it looked at the group with anger in its eyes and shot out a nut.
Dodging the shot easily Zeek watched it, expecting it to hit the wall and fall to the ground. Instead what he laid his eyes on was an explosion. "What the hell...When did they start exploding? Well I guess you learn something new everyday."

"Y-yeah... fun."
Ban wasn't exactly finding any of this "fun", but to each their own. At least his companions were confident in what they were doing, so that had to count for something, right? He still didn't understand why they were bothering to fight stationary plants, but when the door in front of him only opened after they were defeated he started to piece it together. Maybe the creatures inside each room were what were keeping the path barred, somehow?
"Come on. Let's head to the next room."
Ban hummed his acknowledgement as Ezekial led the way into the next room. He did however take a moment to note the oddity of the fact that there were "rooms" inside of a tree, with doors and all included. He'd heard that dungeons often had this form, but was rather curious as to why the Great Deku Tree, a sentient being, had partitioned his insides into such a form. It was almost as ridiculous as a giant fish having rooms and doors inside of it. He shook his head, brushing the thought aside as he stepped into the next room.
Which, luckily for him, seemed much... simpler than the last. He did not share Zeek's disappointment, but instead found relief in the lack of numerous hostile creatures trying to murder him. The less things that were trying to murder them in the midst of the job the better, right? And then the damn thing shot what seemed to be an exploding nut. Why could things never just be simple for a change? Ban took a step away from the tiny explosion, before moving his gaze back to the Scrub itself.
That was enough of that.
Ban lifted his staff for a moment, aiming the top of it directly at the scrub, and remained still. Magic coursed through him and was expelled, aimed at the crazed deku. Ban uttered a single word as the spell would take hold; Not to do any specific harm to the scrub, but to stop it from shooting more of those damned exploding nuts at them.
Following the others into the next room Kairi looked at the scrub and the two, wondeirng why they didn't just head into action. The Deku shot at them, good thing Zeek had gotten out of the way, the nut exploded and Kairi looked at it in surprise, but it didn't faze her to much she just wanted to move along.
Wow everyone was just so... slow uhg, after the pink dude finally used stop on it, Kairi quickly shifted back into fairy form and activated her fire technique and rushed over to the still Deku, and caught him on fire, backing up to Zeek's side she giggled a bit as she watched it burn.
"See guys, it's not that scary!" Kairi spoke excitedly. Watching the damage as the Deku was frozen and unable to do anything. She had to admit that she was a bit more excited then she should be. Kairi noticed the scrub was slightly different.. in the fact that the wood part of his face was different, and had triangles printed on him, and she couldn't help but wonder why in the world someone would paint those on.
3/4ths of a heart to the Mad Scrub, but due to the fact that they're weak to fire it does double making it 11/2 leaving half a heart.

Ignored, ultimately and poetically. Gravity, metaphorically. That of which the situation was more so in his head than existing in the real plane of things. Still, without Aspen, it felt that Rath was the odd man out. Ostracized for his emotional betrayal, weakness and abandonment, no doubt. Rath would soon be edged out by the rest, for the sake of the group. The outcome was likely, so he decided to move quickly into the next room.
Well fuck. 5 Gohma Larva, it didn't help that Rath was super-duper squeamish with all things insect-related. Rath threw his axe at the first one, with boomerang effect. Hitting it twice, and then retreating back into the corner and into fetal position. His meek voice whispered:

As the small party advanced into the next room, the fairy siblings making short work of the Mad Scrub, Ban felt sort of at a loss. While nothing seemed to be going wrong, their numbers were dwindling. He hadn't seen heads or tails of the uppity woman the male fairy had arrived with since they entered the tree, and the Sheikah had slunk off somewhere; Where, Ban had no idea, but he could only assume they wouldn't see any more of him. Now it seemed to only be four of them; Though Ban didn't see the supposed leader of the party in his immeadiate vision, he hoped he was still around somewhere. So busy was he contemplating the mystery of where all the "seasoned adventurers" who signed up for the quest has gone he almost didn't notice the five large larve.
He noticed them pretty quickly after one jumped at him.
Once again, it was only reflex that caused Ban to swat the insect away from himself, back into a tiny huddle with the others of it's kind. They were clumped together now; Perfectly set up for some sort of attack that could cover an area. Problem was; Ban didn't know any. Well, he knew one, but he had already used too much mana to make use of it now, and he didn't want to waste a potion if he didn't have too. Instead, he simply waved his staff, casting stop on one of the Larvae to avoid it moving away from its kin before someone else in his party could strike them.
And then he backed away from them. Like, alot. Best to keep distance between himself and the monsters, and on the off chance someone did use an area of effect attack, he would be well away from the effected area.
Kairi followed the two into the next room and noticed the overwhelming amount of enemies and quickly pulled Rath back to where Ban was and took a moment before finally exploding on all the members. She looked back at the two hoping that they where okay, and for now it seemed they where. After the third explosion she fell to her knees for a second and took a moment before standing up. She walked over to the other two and hoped they where okay. "You two alright?" She asked, but then ended up backing up and looking at the next door.
"I have a feeling we're almost done!" She said, hoping her words where encouraging and then quickly moved on to the next room. Inside she noticed that there where two Deku Scrubs both which strange symbols like the tangles, except one had stars and the other was hearts and she couldn't help but think that was a little silly. Behind them was a door covered in different shapes and such, the door was large and she had a feeling that behind it would be what they where looking for. Still, she needed a moment before attacking and stepped back and let a breath out trying to get over the after math of the spell.

Jabu-fucking-cucco. Rath's sister was a terrifying 12 year old badass. The young pirtate fairy was always the tougher of the Jinqu siblings, but Rath didn't remember her being so marginally powerful. He was proud of his little sister...for about 12 super short seconds.
What came next was a crippling fear and jealousy of his sister's power that he was somehow able to contain in his feeble nubile body. It didn't help that the powerfully raw display of uncontainable fire already gave Rath a semi. But that was probably just part of the chaos-worshiping instilled upon him from his blood-haired mistress. Still, the near contemplation that an action from his sister made him disgusted enough with himself to vomit.
"BLURRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!"
Well that was fucking gross, but they were on their way to the next room anyway, so the fucks Rath gave to clean up the mess were non-existent. The tree was dying anyway. The nutrients of Rath re-digested food outta help fertilize the wilting tree.
Onto the next room, Rath's eyes met two Mad Scrubs. Unlike the monsters Rath had faced so far, these were sentiment humanoid beings. Dekus. Rath swallowed hard and prepared himself for the impact. He shut his eyes and blindly made two swings at the first Mad Scrub, tearing up a bit.
