This part of the forest wasn't as big or as mean as the other two. In fact, it almost seemed like a different forest entirely. Malos was much more comfortable here than in that one forest under the Clock Tower. Under the Clock Tower, that still baffled the young Deku delivery boy. How did a forest grow under a city? With his dagger Edensia out in case he was attacked by something. "H-hello?" He tried calling for help again. "I think I'm lost, can, can someone help me?" He didn't expect an answer back but it never hurt to try. Actually it could hurt to try, as he learned in that one village full of children. LAIKA OF GS!

Like a leaf in the wind, Rylai let the wind carry her wherever it could take her. She had never user her wings before, but as she felt the wind folding her wings forward instinct took over. Rylai had no real bearing of the land, and this could prove the best way to see the world and meet Hyrule's greatest heroes. At least, Rylai thought as much. Flying was fun, too.
After flying for some time, the fairy rested on a strong branch belonging to an oak tree. Out of boredom, she moved her dangling feet back and forth. They hadn't been used much today. She decided to walk for the rest of the day. Jumping down, Rylai landed in a bed of flowers. Her legs buckled on contact and the Fairy Queen fell to her knees in the flowers. This was when she heard a small voice.
"Hello!" Rylai called back to the stranger. She couldn't see them, but they were close. She tried to get up, but her legs didn't respond. "I'm under the big oak!"

What was that? Did someone actually hear his plea? Malos wasn't sure. Under the big oak. "I-I'm coming." He called back. The small Deku made his way towards where the lovely voice came from. Malos came to the spot he thought he heard the voice come from. That's when he saw her. "Oh, um. Y-you have wings." He stammered out when he saw the Fairy Queen. "Would you, are you a fairy?" He had only dreamed of fairies, the other Deku had laughed at him for it. No Deku had seen a fairy except for the occasional visit made to the Great Fairy near Woodfall. She seemed a bit big for a fairy, but of course they are magic so they could be any size right? Malos didn't know. He barely knew where he was at the moment. "I think I'm lost." He moaned to his new friend. Or well this stranger who he's considering a friend. LAIKA OF GS!

Rylai nodded in answer to her wings; and what lovely wings they were. She would've spoke, but the stranger's appearance took the Fairy's breath away.
She had never met such a person before. What an unusual little creature. It looked like it was more plant then human. You would assume it would have been at home in the forest, yet it was lost. There was a tale to this person, for sure.
"I'm Rylai, a Great Fairy. I'm new to this place, but I can help you find your way home." Rylai gave the Deku a smile before rising to her feet. Impulse took over as she opened her mouth. "What are you?"

"A-a Great Fairy?" Malos had never met one before. Only the bravest and strongest Deku got to see the one in Woodfall. How could he have known that the first person he would meet in what could only be assumed to be Hyrule would be a Great Fairy. "I'm s-sorry Lady Rylai, I didn't mean to disturb you." He apologized. What was he? Malos had to be in Hyrule if Rylai didn't know what a Deku was. "My na-name is Malos Tuare. I'm, I'm a Deku from Woodfall in Termina." Did she know where that was? Malos knew that there was a train to Hyrule Castle Town in Clock Town but he's no where near any city at the moment. LAIKA OF GS!

"You aren't disturbing me, Malos." Rylai said after the Deku finished apologizing. 'Lady Rylai', she liked the sound of that, but was a wandering Great Fairy truly so rare? Fairies were known to traverse Hyrule. Would Rylai meet a similar reception at every stop? The thought filled her with joy and dread.
Rylai nodded again in acknowledgement of the Deku's answer; a smile shielding her questions. A Deku from Termina. She had never heard of either of those things before, but who was she to dispute Malos' claim? He didn't appear the villain. There was no point in tiptoing around the subject.
"Is Termina far from here, Malos?" Rylai inquired. Termina, a land completely unknown to the Fairy Queen. That could proove to be the greater adventure. "I would love to see your home."

Not disturbing her? But Malos was always disturbing people, at least the people he knew. Even if he was making deliveries to them he seemed a disturbance. Maybe people here in Hyrule didn't think that way? "So um... Do you need help?" Malos tentatively asked the Great Fairy. Malos threw down a magic seed which sprouted into a flower and hopped into it. Soon it threw him out and he started gliding over to the immobile queen. "Um... A Deku is well a race from Termina and we look like coconuts.""Termina is well a country full of clocks." He began. "And each region is different from the others, like we have a swamp and a mountain and a beach on the ocean and we have a ruins!" Malos was getting excited as he remembered all of the cool places he had visited while delivering items to different people in different places. "I wonder what cool places are here in Hyrule to see."LAIKA OF GS!
