The girl sat in the windblown field, her hair swaying in the breeze. Between her legs sat her bow, and she was wrapped in a light tan coat. She stared at the starry sky, as if it held the answer to some far off question.
She was waiting. For what, or who, she didn't know. She had left everything she had known, and everything she didn't need. She was in the wide, open world. But she was alone. So she would wait. She would wait till she was no longer alone, and then she would adventure into the unknown. Maybe someday, she would know who she really is.
