Woah woah woah. This took a turn for the kokiri and he wasn't sure how to respond. If it was his duty to remember, he was trying his best, but it was no use if everything was foggy.
"W-Wait a second miss!"
That was weird. Where had that come from? It had simply popped into his head as the traveler had leveled their sword. "It's not that I can't remember, its all just coming back slowly. I just need time to think and sort out what I see in my head. There's no need for violence."
He wasn't sure the traveler would listen, but he also had regained his strength. If the white haired person made a move against him, he was confident he could break the roots holding him. He just hoped it wouldn't come to that.
The traveler’s eyes harden as he listens to the immobile Kokiri’s excuse. They have not been very easy before, but now they are visibly disturbed, their blue color becomes as if a raging sea.
“We might need violence,” she starts slowly, “now that we know you are not to be trusted."
The voice is cold and merciless, as is the hand that is holding the blade. “Last chance. What is my name?”
Somewhere, high in the branches outside of the cave, a crow is gawking loudly, cruel and gleeful.

"I don't know your name. You seem familiar, but I can only clearly see glimpses of a girl with a large book. I can't quite make out her features, or her name, but I don't think she is you." He had thought this was the person he had fought beside. The traveler had the look of a warrior, but now he wasn't so sure he had fought beside them.
"I was alone, but I found people, friends. I feel that pretty strongly. And the Queen you mentioned, if the one I remember is her, I'm not so sure I served her. Her eyes are not filled with the kindness of someone I would help. If I am a soldier, I believe I am one who fights for those who are kind."
He then made a movement, so fast it left an image behind of him still tangled in the roots. He now stood in the now almost blinding light from the cave. His outfit was tattered, and light shone through the holes, but it lit him up, as if he was a figure sent down by the heavens themselves.
"You said you were a friend. I feel I should believe you, but if you are my friend, then shouldn't you at least trust me as well?"
His strength all but spent, he leaned against the cave wall, but his eyes didn't leave the traveler. His eyes showed that he would return the friendship the travelers friendship if still offered, but he was not someone to be so easily trifled with. | Crafted b Melon. Edited by Kamina (A/N) Leon will always trust someone who extends their friendship, but will it be his downfall?
The traveler does not move an inch as the Kokiri explains his reasons, only his glinting eyes give a sign that he is listening. He holds the blade in its threatening position like before, undeterred, and he keeps it that way.
Even when the Kokiri suddenly disappears.
With an almost unnatural speed the traveler swing his sword and turns around, guessing correctly where the Kokiri is going. He turns his heels, makes a dent on the moss, and even before the images return he has already point his sword toward the Kokiri. The silver hairs, swinging, catches the reflection of the sun, and for moment it sparkles like a frozen waterfall.
The eyes soften.
“So, that is your answer” the traveller says, his voice as plain as before “and thus all suspicions are proven”
A passing silence.
“Farewell”
Then, in one swift move the blade he holds flies, slicing the air like an angry snake snatching its prey. The sunlight is reflected on the blurry sides of the blade as its pointed tip forces its way to the leaning Kokiri’s direction...
...and a click echoes throughout the cave as it slips effortlessly into its sheath.
The traveler holds the now sheathed blade in front of the Kokiri, placing it horizontally with both of his hands. He walks closer and stands there unmoving, in an obvious gesture for the Kokiri to take his sword back.
“Forgive me, Lou”, she says, a calmer tone in her voice, “but ever since the Rebels rob our queen and our kingdom in such violence, I do not know who to trust anymore. I did memorize this questioning procedure, but this is only the second time I’ve seen an “Enchanted” victim, so...”
His voice trails of in a slight tremble, but quickly regains its neutral tone.
“But now I know I can trust you. Of course you wouldn’t have known my name. Personally we’ve never met before, but...”
His left hand lets go of the sheathed blade tip and rummages for something inside his cloak. Out of the black fabric the fingers produce a red ruby ring, emblazoned with a red lily. Then he brings both hands forward to the Kokiri’s reach, one holding the ring and the other the sheathed a blade.
“...but you might regain some memories from this ring, your precious”
Inside the ring’s bronze rim, huddled close in an elegant writing, a few words are carved. Captain Lou, of the Town Guard 10th Company
____________________ Tag: LEON A.N: Alright, Leon, we'll continue to post until the site goes down! The last thread of Woodfall Rises!
The boy simply nodded, accepting the ring and the sword. The sharp blade wasn't something you would call elegant, but it felt familiar in his hands. It went across his back in a familiar position, the ring however, he put into his pocket. "I feel as though I have no right to wear this ring until I can truly remember. Whats our next step?"
While it may seem odd that he didn't question what the traveler had told him, he had already decided to trust him, as that is what the swordsmen promised. He added to the sentence, a question that he hoped would familiarize himself with the traveler. "Whats your name?"
(A/N) I'm starting to think there may be an actual Lou, and he will be rather upset when he finds me stealing his identity. And as the final thread, I guess we could call this "Woodfall Sinks" also :Another side, Another story: He puts on the ring. and Myst laughs insanely, "You fool! I've just tricked you into marriage! Now do my bidding!"
The traveler watches in silence as the Kokiri takes both offerings from his hands. He lets go of the blade easily, but when the ring is touched, his fingers involuntarily twitch a little.
Parting. Even if something is never made to be owned, it is always hard to let go of one’s own creation.
Even so, the traveler keeps its plain face. He turns around as soon as both of the things leave his hand, heading to the corner where his own sword is hidden.
“That may be the best way, Lou”, he says, starting to bend down to reach his sword, “I do not know what to do with other’s possession”.
And as he holds his sword, the next question freezes him for a while.
"Whats your name?"
The blade slips. But her nimble right hand quickly get hold of it. When she stands up and turns around moments later there is no trace of unsureness in her face.
His voice is as steady as always, firm like the rocky cave walls surrounding them.
“There will be time to answer that ” he answers, a slight hurry in his tone, “But it is not now. Now that you are already healed, we have to go.”
“I’ll answer questions in our journey”
He walks to the entrance of the cave, a sheathed black blade in his right hand. The sun rays dance along his gleaming silver hairs. And his cloak, hood drawn back, sets a dark contrast against the cheery morning forest. Between the sunlight and the fire place he stops, his head looking up to the azure sky, ignoring any questions that may have been asked.
Now the sun is already high, and what left of the heavy snowstorm last night are just puddles of sparkling water. The leaves muffles as a breeze passes by, whispering between themselves. Somewhere far above another crow is gawking aloud, its hoarse voice echoing inside the cave walls.
The traveler hangs his head.
“How beautiful this world is now, but it is bound to end soon. He is coming, again.”
And with that mysterious note he turns his head around, staring at the Kokiri behind him. There on his refined face is painted a faint sad smile, a foil to his deep blue eyes.
For moment, just for a moment, what is standing on the cave entrance is just a silver-haired child wearing an odd set of black armor, as sad as she is lost.
“Mors certa”
A gust of wind suddenly blows, extinguishing the fire in an instant. The gale swirls around the traveller’s body, enveloping him in an air current so strong it can almost be seen. The traveler sets his eyes forward and bends his knees, looking as if he is ready to spring at anytime. (Myst uses Body of Wind ! Speed is increased and Damage halved for one turn !) (Body of Wind also affects allies, increasing their speed !)
But he has one last thing to say to the Kokiri. “But Lou, this part of journey will be hard”
She pauses.
“We may very well need some Swords and Shields”.
And with that, the traveler rushes forward, tearing through the calm forest like a silent whirlwind. Puddles splashes and leaves scatter left and right as the word “Swift” gains a new meaning.
Later on, as the days race on, night descends into the innocent Forest and the sun recedes then, never to be seen again.
A/N : Leon, many things can be answered in the thread "Truth in Tales" of Hyrule Castle Town. I am sorry for the rushed feel of this last post but for me its better to end this proper before the site really closes down. ________________________
Another Side, Another Story (This ends up to be a Valentine Plot....
And with those words, the cave explodes.
“CONGRATULATIONS‼”
From the dense trees and shrubs, from every nook and cranny in and around the cave come rushing a wave of characters, clad in every color and emotion imaginable. There can be seen Skyloftian Knights and Gerudo Pirates, and Zora monarchs with their stately queen. There are Stalfoses and Chus, Gorons, and Minishes, and a white Cuckoo, flying above their heads chased around by a little girl. From one corner a pair can be seen, a black haired man and a purple-clad woman, debating around a slew of friendly beasts. From another corner run a curious pair of knights, followed by a solemn-looking man in black clothes and a sword-wielding small Picori. Both the Tiniest Human and the Skyloft’s Finest are there, as are The Red Queen and her children. In large groups and pairs they come to the cave, shaking the Kokiries hands in delight and wonder.
“That was awesome! An awesome way!”
“What? What kind of engagement is that!? DUMB.”
“Ah, wondredth ways of Love. How thy mysteries never a being solveth...”
“And ‘ere I thought you’re gonna kill 'im....”
A regal looking blonde man is holding Myst’s hand in long reverence.
“For all my engagement affairs”, he says solemnly, “I have never even dreamed of such a brave and unique way of presenting a ring. With a sword, and a real killing threat. Just...wow”
A pair of dark-skinned fairies circle around them, mouthing foul words from their rather unrestrained lips.
“That was like, ******* cool. **** happens in this ****** up world, eh Sis?”
“**** right, Bro!”
A worried looking woman steps forward and hugs both the Kokiri in her arms, tears veiling her eyes.
“That was all nice and beneficially well”, she says, her voice shaking, “but, mmm...never attempt such dangerous things again, okay? I am worried that next time it will not go so well. We all are entitled to good conduct, you know.”
A loud clap is heard and all the heads turn. The woman smiles and returns to the crowd.
“Attention! Attention!” shouts a man carrying a lot of masks on his backpack, “Now the Queen’s going to legitimize the pair in the holy rule of Hyrule!”
The crowds cheer and steps backward, positioning themselves tidily in a wide circle around the cave and inside it. From the midst of the smiling faces a white-haired woman steps forward, eyes bloodshot and carries an authoritative aura.
The Dead Queen herself.
“The Holy Words of The Goddesses,” she starts, her voice both warm and chilling, “decrees that all pairs must swear a solemn oath, witnessed by trustworthy kins, so that their love will forever be bound to the Grace of Hylia, and blessed for eternity by her own limitless Love”
The crowds clap their hands and cheer out loud, becoming rowdy.
The Queen raise both of her hands and turns slowly to Leon. “Kokiri Leon, do you accept this...”
“Wa-wait! I...”
“I DO‼” roar the impatient crowds, clapping their hands and screaming laughter, drowning any and all possible answer from Leon.
The Queen smiles and tilts her head, turning it slowly toward Myst.
“Kokiri **********, do you accept...” “But actually I...”
“I DO‼” again the crowds shout and make an uproar, eliminating any other answer they do not want to hear.
The Queen raises her hands higher, head facing up the sky.
And with a clear tone, the final verdict is said,
“And with that, may Hylia bless them forever.”
The forest shakes as the boisterous crowds rush inside the cave, sweeping the two poor Kokiries in their eager hands. They hold them up and bear them away as the Indigo-Go’s start jamming their instruments out loud and the Green Cooking Mama of Kokiries begins to order the foods to be served. The party has started.
No matter how reluctant the reason of the party are, the party does not care, and it continues for nights and days until the site closes down.
Leon nodded at the now hooded travelers words. But what she said was mysterious. The world is coming to an end? He didn't know what to make of that. All he did know, is that he should follow this silver-haired person, and someday, he would find himself again. As the traveler rushed out at blinding speeds, the white-haired kokiri followed. He wasn't making quite the impact on the forest as the traveler was, but he managed to keep up. as they ran, his thoughts drifted elsewhere. The book wielding girl, The small man, the purple mouse. He may never see them again. But even if they hadn't said their farewells, they all had their own paths to travel. Of that he was sure.
So he would follow his path, the path of the sword. The path of fighting. The path of sadness. But someday, he would reach its end. And he and those he called friends would be able to happily say they had lived a life worth living. So he would stand up for the weak. He would do what he believed was right. He would trust his friends. he knew this path may well lead him to ruin, but that would be okay. Because that would be the life he lived.
-Leon end-
Maybe our characters should grow up in the next site. Having survived whatever cataclysm befell this world, and moved to the "Swords and Shields" one, their appearance would slightly differ. Send me a PM with your thoughts on this. If so, my FC will probably change to that of "Archer" download.minitokyo.net/Minitokyo.Fate.stay.night.478017.jpg
Another Side, Another Story
Many years went by, the confused white Kokiri got used to being married to the silver haired. Many adventures were had between the two, and in one, their immortality was forced to be sacrificed. They could no longer live forever, but they were now able to start a family.
As renowned swordsmen were his parents, their child left home one day, to surpass his parents in legend and skill. He had the looks of his father, and the skill of his mother. And most people agreed, that he would make a large impact on the world as we know it.
