Kairi was flying.. flying... she was tired of flying. She was tired and she hated everything. At this point she'd spent so much time trying to find her brother.. it was useless at this point. She finally sat on a small stick, that to her was as big as a log. She gave up. She was going to sit here and just forget about him. She put her head in her hands, as her red wings slowly moved back and forth. She hated hated hated this. She was just so tired, and it drove her crazy. She'd been on this search for Rath, for over two years now. It's been crazy for her.. and she wasn't sure even where he was. Honestly, it was a hopeless cause on her part. Still, she really missed him, and spending time with him.. and now.. she'd never get those experiences again. " Please.. someone help me..." Kairi whispered to herself, falling apart on the inside. @oniskieth

The dirt felt nice in between Rylai's toes. It made her smile with each step. She had spent so much of her life sitting in her fountain, and everything on the surface was new to her. Even as her journey continued, the little things, like the wind, kept her happy.
Though she'd never experienced the world herself, Rylai knew much of Hyrule. Whenever an adventurer found her, she would sit and talk with them. Some would stay for hours, sharing their life stories. Once they were gone, the Fairy Queen would dream about their lives until the next hero came, and the cycled repeated. Based on what she knew, this was Ordon or Faron Woods.
As the Fairy Queen continued her journey, a shadow cast over her body. Shielding her eyes, the Fairy Queen looked up as a winged girl passed over. Before long she landed on a stick.
This was the first outsider Rylai encountered before leaving the Cave of Ordeals, and gleefully jogged after her. She saw her lips moving, but she couldn't make out what she was saying. "Hello hero!"

Kairi looked up from her self-pity party. To see a beautiful woman, she had long beautiful green hair dancing along her body. And huge wings, Kairi instantly knew that this woman was a great fairy. Actually, she took a closer look, and realized after a moment. This was more then a great fairy, as Kairi knew almost all of those in Hyrule. No, no. she wasn't.. Then again.. she didn't quite know everyone. Maybe she forgot one? Or maybe she just had a flower like Kairi did. Flying up to the woman's face. The little fire fairy looked her over once more. Trying to figure out who she was. Oh, well she did say hello. Kairi might as well not be rude. " Hello." She commented, still unsure of who it was. Kairi was never the type to keep her mouth shut or beat around the bush. So she simply asked. " Who are you? I've never seen you around here before..." @oniskieth

Before the stranger answered, Rylai had plenty of time to take in her features. It was clear that she was a fairy. Rylai had never met many fairies. Only the rare companion of a hero, and those were sparingly rare already.
"I'm Rylai Moonglow, the queen of fairies." Rylai smiled at the young girl when she was finished with her introduction. "This is my first time visiting Hyrule's forests, and you're the first person I've met." It was good to finally have a conversation again. She didn't want the conversation to die, so she added to what she had said. "Do you have a fountain near here, sister?"
