There was.. something that unsettled Flora. The sound of the wheels; the thunking machinery around her. The strange, plush seats that many said were comfortable, but she didn't find so. She didn't even like them; they felt so unnatural to her. Her fingers curled around the book more. She was worried for Melvin, whom she had to leave in a cage. That had broken her heart; but the little Kokiri girl didn't have much time to protest, due to the fact that there had been a large crowd of people. What were they all excited about, the small girl wondered? She herself had just recently adventured out of her home in Kokiri Forest, in the search of another Kokiri. His name was Leon if she remembered right; and the Deku Tree wanted her to find him.
Why? Well he wasn't very clear, their father was. But.. perhaps he didn't want Leon to feel alone? There was perhaps a longing from him to help the exiled Kokiri. And Flora could respect that, considering she herself had been friendless for such a long time. It was natural that she wanted to accomplish what the Deku Tree had wanted. But.. she was traveling in some weird machine, after spending a time wandering around Hyrule. She was going to this place called Termina. She really had no idea what she was doing; the sound of these.. steel things, machines, were frightening. To the Kokiri, these were complete abominations, since the nature in these things were no longer existent.
Therefore she felt no bond to the earth, and it scared her. But slowly, it came to a stop, and she breathed easier. Adjusting her clothes, she wandered to the back and released Melvin. The collar she had given him jingled, as she put the chicken on top of her head. Putting a leaf made bag on her back, she adjusted it, and held her book closer. She would have to find the male. But how? She couldn't go asking around about a random Kokiri could she? Well maybe she could, but that was would be rude perhaps. The girl sighed, as her long brown hair moved in the breeze. There was.. something different about the air here. Flora couldn't put her finger on it though.
She began to walk forward, wondering why there were pumpkins everywhere, and why people were so animated; it seemed like a lot of people were running to and fro, busy. Probably too busy to answer her questions; she continued forward, in this really, really busy shopping district. She felt as if she was getting lost in some way, but she breathed out softly; and that's when she saw it. A flash of white. Not that many people in the world had white hair right? The girl squeezed through the ground, and ran after the flashes of white. Eventually, she stumbled in the open area of the market; and her gaze met with a certain Kokiri boy that she had been tasked to find.
''A-ah!'' she let out, her voice pitifully small. She doubted he could hear that.. should she approach him? Flora was indecisive; and that's when she felt something knock into her back, sending her sprawling forward onto the ground.

Echi sat on Leon's shoulder a bit unhappily. He was supposed to be helping the Kokiri find something important to do but so far no luck. He sat up when he heard a quite but distinct voice that sounded as if it were in distress. Turning around he saw a small girl get knocked to the ground. "Hey Leon!" He quickly reached down and gave the boy's hair a small tug to get his attention then moved a bit closer to his right ear so he could be heard more easily. "A girl just fell down behind you! She was looking at you then got knocked down, I think she might want to talk to you!"
Leon looked up as Echi spoke to him. A girl looking for him? Who would be- He turned, seeing the familiar book carrying girl sprawled on the ground. "Flora are you okay?" He rushed to the young Kokiris side, checking for bruises, "Hey? Flora?"
There was a lone candle, its flame flickering weakly, almost snuffed out. But it did not. And there was a book, glowing in the sea of darkness only by the dimly lit candle. Its page was turning, almost reaching its end. But it did not. And there on the book was writings, stood on the brown pages like disciplined soldiers. The writings were wet, and should be completed soon. But it did not. And then there was a loud bang.
Cadenza wakes up, feeling confused. All around her is complete darkness.
"Where am I?"
There is not a single light around her, and it smells a little damp. The darkness is also moving, along with a loud twinkling and clanking sound.
And there is a scent of fresh forest flowers.
Cadenza suddenly remembers where she is at the moment. She inside the bag of the Kokiri girl.
She lets a sigh of relief. It was not the best of Dreams she could have. But it is surely a little better.
Poking her head out of the leaf backpack, she looks around at the crowd of people around her, all busily tending to their own needs. The sun has set himself high above them, and the light is slightly blinding after some time in the darkness. But the mood is cheerful, and the yellow rays of the sun reflect happily in the interior of the train. Cadenza feels her spirit lighten up.
She is ashamed with herself of course. She has always said that naps are useless and should be avoided. Resting should only be done at night.
But she had her reason, although that is more of a poorly made excuse.
Resolving to brighten up the world with her, she climbed to the Kokiri’s girl shoulder and cheerfully greets her with her small voice.
"Is this not a lovely noon, Flora? Look at all these people!"
She is grinning widely and waits for an answer. But the Kokiri girl does not answer. She seems to be really focused on something, or is gathering her utmost determination.
But knowing Flora, Cadenza is sure she is just afraid of the circumstance. Cadenza feels her mood slightly falls.
Then the metal railings above them sparkles, and Cadenza gets an idea.
"Hey, listen! I have finished composed a song about the Kokiri boy’s sword from before. Would you like to hear it Flora?"
Again, no answer.
Cadenza sighs and let herself slumps over the Kokiri girl’s shoulder. She can understand that this situation is very different from the tranquil Kokiri Woods, but still she thinks Flora should have more confidence in herself.
Thankfully, the train stops not long after.
As Flora picks her bag and puts Melvin on top of her head, the playful Cuccoo sneaks a cheerful gaze at Cadenza and she instantly turns her neck away from the Cuccoo. She would not tolerate the same humiliation twice.
Although thinking about it later, it would make Cadenza laugh. Now, though, the Cuccoo is the one who is laughing at her.
The three of them walks down from the train and into the station, Cadenza has put herself back in Flora’s backpack. Only her small purple head is poking curiously from a small opening at the top of the bag.
"Flora, there are so many people!"
Cadenza has been to many places before, but most of them were always slightly isolated or lonely. She is not one who likes to be in a crowd, but being in the center of a huge wave of people on a bright noon like this is bound to increase anyone’s spirit
And suddenly, a tall man carrying a tall pile of bags approaches them. Cadenza thinks he intends to go past them, but the bags are very big and they are blocking his view. Cadenza yells at him with her small voice.
"Sir, please mind where you are going, please?"
Too late.
One of the bags protruding from the side of the pile hits Flora’s back and sends her sprawling into the ground, Cadenza and Melvin with her. The poor Cuccoo might be sent flying forward from this impact.
Later that day, Cadenza would think it is a miracle that she is not crushed by the man’s bag, considering how it make a dent at Flora’s leaf-made backpack, forever giving it a bent appearance.

Flora had felt her body hit the ground; it was unfortunate. But she heard a voice; and her heart dropped. She had forgotten about Cadenza! The girl hurriedly shifted the leafed back pack; seeing the dent in it, she felt her eyes tear up. She didn't want to panic just yet; she hadn't heard specifically what Cadenza's voice had said, but it had been just before the impact. So Flora wasn't sure. ''Cadenza? Cadenza!'' her voice cried out, the sound lost in the crowds. Opening it with haste, she plunged her hands inside; expecting wetness, and red, she instead felt her fingers brush against soft fur. Quickly, she gently pulled the mouse out, cradling it in her hands. ''Cadenza.. please.. don't go.. don't go..''
The girl couldn't help but mutter those words; tears began to drop from her eyes. Cadenza had been talking to her the whole time hadn't she? And Flora, too worried and scared, had accidentally ignored her. That made the feelings of guilt run through her chest, as she held the small form, bringing it closer to her. ''I'm so sorry Cadenza, I'm sorry, please, don't leave me. Don't die on me, I'll make it up to you I promise.'' were her fervent, sobbing whispers, as the small girl just curled up in the spot. Several people were looking her way now, wondering why a girl child was curled up like such. But they soon continued on, having things to do, and places to be. However, one soul stopped.
A very familiar one. She could hear his voice, as her head tilted to see him, tears running down her cheeks. ''L-leon..'' she said, the tears still running down her cheeks. The girl was definitely sure he would think of her as a cry baby now; but it was not something that Flora could help. Her emotions were unrefined, and childish in many aspects, as her trembling body just sat there. ''Leon... Cadenza.. I.. I..'' she couldn't even speak anymore, before she bit her lower lip, feeling the tears run down her cheeks even more. The soft cluck of a chicken was now in her ear range, as her beloved Melvin floated down, landing right beside the Kokiri girl with a plop.
It hopped onto her lap, and with a curious noise, the chicken nuzzled the mouse with it's beak, very gently. Flora felt her tears well up more, but she looked up at the boy she was supposed to find. ''I..I traveled with Cadenza... looking all over Hyrule to find y-you and be w-with you.. F-father didn't want you to be a-alone.. and n-now Cadenza... I... I..'' she managed to say to him, before the sobs were leaving her softly again. Of course, knowing nothing of the world, Flora could not even begin to check a pulse. She didn't even know if a mouse's body could handle the kind of impact she had gone through; so to the small Kokiri girl, the mouse's unconsciousness could very well be death.
And that's why she was weeping in regret and pain.

Echi felt his heart clench for a moment when he saw the kokiri girl crying. What had happend? moving around on Leon a bit he got where he could see the mouse in the girl's hands. "Oh no, that doesn't look good." He hurriedly ran down Leon's arm and leaped over to Flora's shoulder. "Hello, My name's Echi. I'm gonna take a quick look at your friend, ok?"
With a pat on her cheek he scurried down to her hands and gently pulled them open, finger by finger. Taking a quick once over the mouse seemed okay. He slowly put his ear up to her fuzzy belly and listened carefully. Hearing the pitter patter of the mouse's heart he smiled and looked up at Flora. "She's ok! She's still breathing and everything. I think she just bumped her head." Echi smiled and rubbed the mouse's belly before giving it a hug. "Just give her a minute." He then climbed up the girl's arm up to her elbow to give the small, yet bigger than him, creature some space. | Template by Magical Mel
Hearing Flora's pained words and seeing the unmoving mouse, Leon felt a familiar rage build up, ready to explode on whoever it was that had dared hurt his friend. Not even noticing Echi jump off him, Leon angrily growled, walking up to the man who was arguing with a clerk about his luggage. Leon tried to contain himself, as he tapped the man on the back, Leons fist balled and shaking in rage as he tried to continue breathing normally. The man turned around, glaring at Leon. "What the HELL do you want kid?" Leon almost lost it there, but barely managed to contain his anger, his teeth grinding. "You knocked over one of my friends and she needs help. please assist her." The man just scoffed and turned back around, continuing his argument with the clerk, This, of course, was the last straw for Leon. Leon slammed his fist into the mans back and sent him toppling into his luggage cart, and before the man could react, Leon kicked the cart in a way so it went zooming down the street, eventually beyond sight. The clerk dropped his pen, looking amazed at Leon, as the white haired boy swiftly turned back to Flora, feeling considerably better, and knelt beside her, seeing Echi on her. "Is Cadenza gonna be ok?" Leon asked the small picori.
The moment before the impact, time stopped for Cadenza.
The bag was heavy. Obviously very heavy. And the man was running past them nearly at his fullest speed. Cadenza’s mind was torn, unable to made a decision.
"Should I jump out? No, it is impossible. The hole is only fit for my head. Except Flora somehow opened the bag." "Should I hide deeper? No, it is unwise. It would be right on the path of collision."
In the end, Cadenza reflexively put her head down, hiding among Flora’s possessions, which she had hoped would lessen the impact somehow.
Apparently, it worked.
BUMP.
It is black, again.
Cadenza feels her head spinning as her sight leaves her. Her breath, sharp and short, is hurting her. She cannot move any of her limbs, and her chest feels heavy. On her back, the bronze ball is pressing directly into her spine, making a cracking sound.
It hurts, Cadenza knows.
But she also knows someone is hurting more than her. A pleading sound can be heard by her ears. “...please, don't leave me. Don't die on me...I promise....”
Cadenza is bewildered. She, died? “Do not worry, I cannot die. I still have a promise to keep”
And there is another sound, smaller but with far more confidence.
“...she just bumped her head... just give her a minute”
Cadenza thinks to herself, feeling her consciousness returning. "Yes, I do think I need a minute..."
And another sound, somehow familiar to her, but more mature than the last time she heard it.
“Is Cadenza gonna be ok?”
Light is spreading on her sight. And her breath normalizes. Somehow, the bronze ball is not pushing her spine again. “That is a relief.... Yes, I think I would be fine.”
But her muscles are still paralyzed, and her chest still hurts. She might need another minute...
“Cadenza! Stop daydreaming and read this for us!”
Cadenza fully opens her eyes.
The first thing she sees is a bright light. Very bright. Her eyes squint, and the bright light clears, leaving a small purple figure that is smiling towards her.
Instinctively, Cadenza would like to ask about him, but she cannot find her voice.
Raising her head slowly, she sees a familiar figure with silver hair. The boy has a worried look on his face, and is whispering some words. She has not seen him for quite some time and the passage of time clearly has matured the looks on his face. Those eyes do not shine the same as last time.
And on the right side of the boy, her hands extending down under Cadenza, is the crying face of Flora. Tears are trickling down her cheeks and she is sobbing hard, her little shoulders raises up and down with her breath.
Cadenza feels as if she has done something bad. Really bad. But what?
Suddenly she remembers what has happened.
“I am fine Flora” she squirms, putting up a smiling face. “Please do not cry. I am sure that I just bumped my head.”
She then tries to stand up and moves all her claws. They work perfectly fine. She wiggles her tails and spreads her smile even more, seeing the unconvinced look on Flora’s face.
“Really, I am fine, Flora. What happened in that river before was much worse than this. So please do not cry.”
Seeing Flora like this however, she might press Cadenza tightly on her cheeks and cry even more, or put Cadenza down and then weeps with her hand covering her face, also crying more.
Cadenza feels her heart sinks in slight disappointment. She has failed to change her at all.
Yet at the same time, she also feels an alien feeling glowing inside her.
It is gratitude.
Perhaps spending some time with Flora has softened Cadenza a bit. Just a bit. Although Cadenza would rather be hit by another bag than to acknowledge this.
But the bag sure was heavy. And it hit Flora’s back and sent her flying....
Cadenza eyes widens. “Flora, are you okay? Are you...”
Cadenza stops, just a fraction of a second, feeling her chest stops in its movement.
“...hurt anywhere?”
She has some cracked ribs, but she would never let it show, not in front of this teary-eyed Flora, or the worried sick Leon.
And she would not tell anyone either. It is just a small problem. By her experience it should be gone in a week.

There was a tiny voice, much like Cadenza's; but it wasn't hers. Another small creature? It ran down her arm, after telling her it's name. Echi then slowly pried the fingers of Flora open; admittedly, she had a very lax grip, but she let the small creature observe Cadenza, her tears softly falling. However her sobs were quiet now, as she held her breath, waiting. The small purple like creature, so similar to Cadenza, seemed to be observing it. And then after a little bit, it turned around to her with a grin. Flora felt her eyes widen a little; so Cadenza was alright? Slowly, the small mouse stirred in her hands; she didn't even notice the cart flying by, or the fact that people were staring now.
The tears would still fall, because she was scared she had lost a really precious friend. Anybody would cry right? Slowly, the small mouse moved, now alive. Flora's eyes would widen again, a small smile forming on her lips. When the mouse decided to speak, Flora just felt the smile spread to each cheek, the tears no longer sad, but of reflief. She softly pressed her lips on the head of the mouse, knowing that the tears would fall still, until she wiped them away. ''Y-yeah the river w-was much worse.'' the girl would remember. She had been playing on the edge of it, when a River Zora tried to snatch her; and the girl smacked it, but then fell into the water herself. Very light, she had been carried by the flow; fortunately for her, she had been on her back.
However, there was an opening in her bag. So water had flowed in, and by the time Flora got to a shore, the bag was full. Cadenza had been unconscious; fearing what had happened, Flora tried to get her breathing going. Luckily.. she hadn't been unconscious for long, a few seconds. The Kokiri had felt so guilty for that mishaps that she cried for a good hour. Kind of like now; but this time, it wasn't Flora's fault. She softly picked up the other small guy with her hands, and she handed both to Leon so that she could get up. The second they were in the other's hands, she felt the bag tumble into her; it had been heavy, and slipped from the cart when it zoomed by mere moments ago. It had been high in the air, so nobody noticed.. until it had jabbed straight into Flora's small body.
She fell, her hands and knees scrapping against the cement; there was a pain, but she didn't even wince, as she closed her eyes. She had suffered a lot more then this, as she grit her teeth. Slowly, she got up, as that's what she originally wanted to do. Smiling at everyone that would probably be worried, she just wiped her hands on the back of her dress. ''Well that was unfortunate!'' she said with a smile. Flora had heard Cadenza's worried voice, but.. the girl knew that the other was hiding something. Despite not wanting to do so herself, she would find out what exactly Cadenza was hiding from her; after all, Flora was an honest girl. But for her to be honest.. she sometimes had to be dishonest first.
The Kokiri was very analytical, so she knew that with Cadenza, an impact that strong? Wasn't going to necessarily be just unconscious. However, she would get the answer over time, as she beamed a smile at everyone, wiping away the traces of tears. She would then walk towards them, making sure her dress was past her knees, so nobody would know. She had black knee highs after all, so it would be hard to tell. But Flora didn't want to pretend too long; just long enough for Cadenza to realize something very, very important. Because friends didn't like to each other when they were hurt; and that's what she wanted to tell the small mouse, hopefully she would listen. Or understand; either or. Flora was a bit nervous.. but she knew that in the end this would help.
Or at least, she could only hope for it.

Echi's eyes widened when the girl grabbed him. Being grabbed was a rather terrifying thing when you were as small as Echi was. As soon as he could he jumped onto Leon and clambered up his arm. "Phew. ok." He shook a bit butquickly calmed down. "So, you came to find Leon? Well I'm helping him find a quest. We're gonna find someone who needs help. You can come along too I guess." | Template by Magical Mel
Leon smiled, happy that Flora and Cadenza would be ok, he took the the small mouse as Echi scrambled up his arm, and told Flora of their goals.
"We would be happy to have you with us Flora, but Deku didn't have to send you after us, I wasn't lonely." Leon laughed a bit, but he knew it was a lie.
He had missed Flora since he left the village, she had been his first real friend and the thought of leaving her had been almost crushing. The thought of her traveling with him made him happier than he thought he could be.
He had a sudden wonder though, why did it feel as if his heart had stopped when he saw her fall? What was that ache in his chest when he had left her? He didn't understand these feelings, but he did know that he would protect her with his life.
@cadenza @flora @echi Note: Cadenza asked so Cadenza recieved, Will make my writings longer.
Cadenza furs shivers for a bit when Flora’s lips touch her forehead. She would normally dislike being treated like a fluffy pet, but after spending some weeks with Flora, Cadenza has long resigned to this feeling. Thinking of it however, Flora has never treated Cadenza as a pet. And so did with Melvin the Cuccoo.
Flora, instead, has always treated them as her friends.
And for that Cadenza is really grateful.
Looking at the wet eyes of her friend, tears pooling at the edges ready to fall down, Cadenza cannot help but feel really guilty, as if it was Flora instead that was hit by a bag bigger that her size and knocked unconscious. She brushes her furry head a little on Flora’s lips, trying to reassure her, once again, that she is well.
Flora then lifts her and put her into Leon’s open hand, along with the other purple creature, smaller than she is. Cadenza feels his body tightens as she is lifted into the air. Cadenza is not hurt badly, but still she needs to exercise a little care. Thankfully, she would not have much trouble speaking or moving her body. But she perhaps needs to avoid running or jumping around for a while.
Thankfully also, Flora’s treatment of her is as gentle as always. She drops Cadenza into Leon’s hand without even a slightest bump.
Leon’s hand is different than Flora, Cadenza can feel it below her claws. It is warmer and more confident, and is somehow slightly sharper. Cadenza also notices that Leon’s hand is a little rough, especially the palm. A swordman’s hand?
Perhaps he had really been in some exciting adventures before their second meeting.
But Leon and Flora’s hands impart the same feeling for Cadenza. A feeling that she has known but never cared to remember, until know.
The feeling of friendship.
Flora then rises up and stands straight, wiping the backside of her skirt. She then puts up a bright smile, as if telling everyone that she is okay. "Well, that was unfortunate."
Cadenza smiles. It is good to see that Flora’s back or spine is not injured in any way by the forceful impact.
"Thank goodness, Flora. I was worried that you would be injured."
Then, the small purple creature on Leon’s right arm speaks.
"So, you came to find Leon? Well I'm helping him find a quest. We're gonna find someone who needs help. You can come along too I guess."
Cadenza’s head turns to have a better look at the creature. Cadenza does not know this creature’s name, but from the looks of him, he might be one of the fabled crafters of Kinstones, the Picori.
To be able to befriend one of the reclusive people that is the Picori...Cadenza inadvertently feels a slight pride at Leon.
"We would be happy to have you with us Flora, but Deku didn't have to send you after us, I wasn't lonely." Leon laughs.
Cadenza steals a glance at Flora, prodding her to answer. But it looks like she would not open her voice soon, still drying her tears.
So Cadenza speaks on her behalf instead.
“It is really good to see that you are well Leon, but we have another reason for going to Termina.”
Cadenza takes a deep breath, but stops halfway. She would need some time to adjust herself with this pain in her chest sides.
“We are also looking for an old companion of Flora, a fairy named Atoli. Perhaps you know her, Leon? I think she has been lost for quite some time, and then we heard that....”
At that moment Cadenza suddenly stops.
Although Cadenza would much prefer her Twili Form, her Mouse Form does provide another uses for Cadenza. Other than the smaller size, it also gives her a mouse’s sensitive hearing and smell. And right now, Cadenza smells something that should not be there at all.
Cadenza eyes widens, glaring at Flora’s smiling face.
A perfect mask.
Cadenza, was wrong. Flora was not drying her tears at all during the conversation.
Instead, she was holding them back.
“Flora...your knees....”
As she is speaking, red dots start to appear on the black fabric that covers them. It has to be quite a large surface wound.
To think of it, Flora was hit in quite a high speed, and she probably scraped the rough surface for quite some inches. Cadenza starts to panic. “Flora, please show us your knees!”
Cadenza: ProfileCharacter Tracker Plot Progression : Heart of a Child (Kokiri Forest), Conversations (Kokiri Forest), A New World (West Clock Town) Tags: LEON @flora @mrlazebones Personal Notes: I am very sorry Leon. Please do not misunderstand :-( It would not need to be long, if it is not needed. I actually enjoyed a post that is one sentence long as much as a post that is a whole story. I found this link really helpful ( link ) I was just thinking that it would be good if you could explore Leon's characterization more in your writings and I did not mean anything more. I am very sorry. But I really appreciated the thoughts. Thank you very much, Leon :-)
So far so good; nobody had noticed her lie. Looking at the small creature named Echi, she wondered what he was. He didn't have the feel of a Fairy, and he didn't remind her of Cadenza either; so just what, what was this thing? The Kokiri wasn't sure, but she would probably ask later, when she wasn't trying to hide the pain. Finally the tears stopped, and she dropped her hands, walking towards them with a smile. But she stopped a moment, watching their faces; she wanted to make sure her lie had gone through relatively well. After all, if she was exposed? Then perhaps it would all be over; Flora didn't like lying, she hated it. But right now? This was her first lie.
She had to make Cadenza admit she was more hurt then she was. She smiled at Echi, and giggled softly, before turning her head to Leon as well. ''It's fine Leon. I have to find Atoli as well; she's been missing a very long time, so I'm worried.'' she said softly, before sending another gentle smile towards him. ''Plus, I get to keep you company too. So I don't mind it as much~'' she said, perfectly honest and innocent in her own way. Flora had noted the hesitation in Cadenza; did the mouse believe that Flora, ever so analytical, would not notice? Or perhaps Cadenza hadn't realized how much the Kokiri observed and knew. But then it all came to light; and Flora knew that she wouldn't be able to hide it for too long.
Hearing Cadenza's panicked voice, the Kokiri smiled again. The panic in the other's voice, and probably the panic that would settle in Leon and Echi after Cadenza's worry was probably not going to be soothed. Gentle, the small girl just pulled up her skirt, revealing her knees; and the surprising bloody gashes that were there. The gashes were not really deep, but yet they were, as blood oozed freely. ''It's not very pleasant is it? To find out that I was injured despite what I said.'' the Kokiri said softly, almost pointedly, to Cadenza. Her honey brown gaze looked at the mouse, as if trying to silently tell her something. Flora was a very honest person; she hated to lie and was glad she didn't have to lie long.
''After all, you're more upset now then if I told you when it happened. You found out anyways; and lies are like that. Lying is not something a friend does to another.'' she said softly once more. She wasn't sure her message got through, but she smiled. The girl was focusing very hard right now to not see the rest of the world, so that she could speak; but she knew it was only a matter of time before she would become unable to interact with people again, like it always had been with her. She just needed to get her point across before then, as she smiled gently at Cadenza, Leon and Echi.
And then dropped her skirt, fully intending to not let them treat her until Cadenza was treated. Because Flora KNEW something was wrong; watching her the way she moved was weird, like she was careful. And that, immediately, was an alarm in the girl's mind, that had been watching her companion mouse for ages now. And that alarm would not rest until her worries were peacefully put to rest; after all, Flora was extremely diligent and would refuse to let things end up otherwise. Another deep breath, and she kept that smile, despite the pain, despite knowing she would have to clean the skirt, the dark material not showing red, but just a darker stain. Well.. she would have plenty of time to do that before leaving Clock town, wouldn't she?
She surely hoped that it would be something to that sort of regard.

Echi was quite surprised to see how badly Flora was injured. The sight of blood almost making him faint. Minish were incredibly sturdy for their tiny size. If you weren't trying to specifically hurt them they could survive just about any accident. Yes they'd be hurt, sometimes very badly, but they could pull through just about anything that wasn't intentional. "ouch..." Looking at the girl's hurt legs and remembering how fragile life was Echi suddenly remembered that mice were very fragile too. While he hadn't seen any blood, she might have hurt a bone or something else inside of her. Echi found himself incredibly cross with that man who'd knocked Flora over.
As quick as he could he ran to Cadanza, putting a hand on her back and lightly pushing her. "Come on, are you ok? I don't wanna have to poke each of your bones until you say ow to find out. We'll get you fixed up if you need it."
Leon winced at the painful looking scrapes on Flora's knees. The white-haired boy was a little upset that she hadn't said anything but was more irritated that it was Cadenza's fault. He had figured such a small mouse had to be a bit more injured, and she should have said something.
Leon did, however, know that it was between Cadenza and Flora. The two friends knew a lot more about trust then he did, and obviously Flora didn't like that trust being broken. Leon wondered what it was like to have so much trust in someone? How long had it taken for Flora and Cadenza to be such good friends. In truth, Leon felt a bit left out.
Leon didn't have a lot of time to worry about that however, as he felt.. something. It was the feeling of angry eyes watching him. He turned a bit carefully, to seem natural and to not alert his friends to anything that might cause them harm. But there was nothing there. Authors note: So A villain named Damion will be entering soon, and this thread leads into a quest "The Outcast Duel". If anyone wants to notice this angry Kokiri boy he is Black haired, Eyes as black as coal, and wears a red kokiri tunic. And Cadenza you will have to make a choice to stay with Flora for the duration of the quest, or come with me and Echi, as Flora will be injured. Thank you for your cooperation.
