South Clock Town

The city's central plaza, the center of Clock Town that brings together all the other three districts. The town's namesake clock tower is housed here. There always seems to be some kind of celebration going on here, so the party really never ends. Luckily to wash away any mistakes made on previous nights, the town Laundry Pool can be found here~
